What we found

Sagging gutters, build-up of mould and algae and an incomplete drainage system.  A Build-up of moisture around the footing is not ideal as the foundation move with the soil and excess moisture is an open invitation for termites.  The roof was also sagging most likely due to a lack of ventilation however that was not a deal breaker.

What we Suggested

Gutters need reattaching and fixing in areas, and the drains need to flow to the front of the property including the wastewater from the swimming pool pump.

The Outcome

They were are able to negotiate 50/50 for the drainage system which would cost 14,000 including the gutters and other aspects of the drainage.
